Medium-term Lending Facility (MLF) from the People’s Bank of China
Thus a net withdrawing of 150bn yuan via MLF operation today. Further funds have been injected however via Pledged Supplementary Lending (PSL) and re-lending. There will be a net injection despite the MLF mismatch.
